SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION
We have over 50 years experience in delivering educational outdoor adventurous activities for primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities. Our fully qualified instructors will make sure that your students thrive at Grafham Water Centre.
Come for the day or stay for up to 5 days! We have indoor accommodation or bell tent camping experiences!

Whether you are looking for a family fun day, professional development courses, personal tuition or instructor courses we have something for everyone!
We are an accredited RYA Training Centre, Paddle UK Delivery Partner, Mountain Training Approved Courses and MIAS Mountain Biking Instructor Provider.
We offer land and water activity courses throughout the year from family mountain biking and climbing to RYA Level 1 Sailing and Wingfoiling - sustained flights courses.

I have been attending Grafham Jazz course since 2008, and have kept coming back to pretty much every course since. What I love most about Grafham Jazz is the friendly, welcoming atmosphere; I have made friends for life there. It is also a really safe space to try new things; after attending for many years as an experienced jazz saxophonist, I’ve recently taken up jazz singing there and have felt so supported in this new endeavour by the tutors and my fellow students! We had a fantastic Energise Team Day at Grafham Water, with a day created just for us. All of the sessions were hosted by fun and professional instructors, with options for everyone to enjoy including raft building, kayaking to archery. It was also great to have use of the marquee to use throughout the day for team time and refreshments between activities. Thank you to the Grafham Water Centre team!
I just wanted to thank you and the staff at the Discovery Club day last Friday (29th August). I brought my son Zac who has ASD, ADHD and learning needs. We both had a great day – paddleboarding and then on the high ropes. I especially wanted to pass on thanks to Hannah and Nieve (apologies if misspelt). While others in our group were getting ready, Hannah took Zac and I down to the water to see where all the equipment was and gave us some pointers for paddleboarding and kayaking. This was really…
Brilliant just brilliant. What a team.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and all the team for your help today supporting our students at Grafham. The student from both campuses had a great day of enrichment. This opportunity has also allowed them to work on their independence, teamwork and social skills, with all student siting down and having lunch together as just one example of this. The food was fantastic and plentiful also.
